What are your qualifications?

I am always enhancing and expanding my knowledge. Here is what I have trained in so far:

  • BSc Hons in Midwifery

  • High Level Diploma in Nursing Studies

  • Paediatric first aid with anaphylaxis awareness

  • Sleep Angels training

  • Diploma in Diet and Nutrition – Distinction

  • Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)

  • Breastfeeding workshop by Clare Byram Cook; the UK’s leading breastfeeding guru

What age children do you work with?

I specialise in working with babies that are 0-6 months.

What sort of things can you help with?

My extensive practical and research-based knowledge can help you with every aspect of caring for a newborn baby and becoming a mother:

  • a successful routine and sleep pattern that suits your family

  • your psychological and physical wellbeing, including advice on healthy nutrition and hydration

  • breastfeeding; positioning/expressing, breast and nipple care

  • formula feeding; using bottles, sterilising

  • when to wean and how

  • encouraging your partner to be involved with your baby

  • the importance of rituals and gentle structure

  • managing your time, and how to say no to too many visitors in those early exhausting days

  • creating happy bath-times

  • the baby equipment/clothes you need

Do I need to book you before I give birth?

No, you can get in touch with me at any point if your baby is under six months old. I will endeavour to reply to you within 48hours

Do I need to book you for a certain length of time?

When we have our initial chat, we will decide together what level of support will suit you and how often you would like to talk to me.

I can offer daily or weekly check-ins over a period that works for you. The frequency and length of our calls will be tailored to you.

What are your working hours?

I respond to my clients between 8am – 8pm.

I aim to respond to texts and WhatsApps as soon as I can within my working hours. I request that phone calls or FaceTime catch-ups are scheduled.

What does your service cost?

Our first conversation is free. If we decide to work together then your initial one-hour consultation and assessment is £85. I will then design and agree a bespoke support package with you based on your individual needs.
